Atelier Mora | Architecture studio portfolio

Atelier Mora is a concept portfolio for a six-person architecture practice in Valencia. Architects are a demanding audience for a website: they read layout the way they read a plan, so the page had to hold up as a piece of typography before it held any content.

The structure borrows from print. A warm paper background, an ink-black text colour and a single terracotta accent; an oversized serif hero; and then the work presented not as a grid of thumbnails but as an index — numbered rows with programme, size and year, the way a practice actually lists its projects. Hovering a row raises a drawing that follows the cursor, so the page stays quiet until you ask it for something.

Further down, an in-progress rail scrolls horizontally with snap points, the studio chapter inverts to near-black for contrast, and the contact section pairs oversized email and phone links with a real enquiry form. The header uses mix-blend-mode so one navigation stays legible over both the light and the dark halves of the page.
