Privacy Policy — LiveEdit AI Agent
Last updated: 9 September 2026
Who is responsible
The data controller is Vlas Zubenko, an individual developer based in Spain. There is no company behind this — one person builds and runs the service. Contact for any privacy question or request, including access, correction and deletion: vlas.zub@gmail.com.
Your payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, not by us — we never see your card.
What we receive, and when
Nothing is sent from your site until you press a button in the plugin.
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your instruction text | When you send a message to the agent or press Generate | To produce the answer |
| Parts of your site the agent needs: theme files it reads, post and product content, taxonomy names, theme settings | During a task, as the agent looks things up | So the result matches your site instead of being generic |
| Files and screenshots you attach | When you attach them | To read the list or picture you are asking about |
| Site address and site token | With every request | To identify the subscription and count credits |
| Email address and payment status | When you subscribe | To grant credits and let you manage the subscription |
| Error text, file, line, plugin and WordPress versions | Only if you switch on “Send reports” — it is off by default | To find and fix breakages |
What we never receive
Passwords, database credentials, API keys and secrets. The plugin blocks
wp-config.php, .htaccess and .env at the code level —
the agent cannot read them, so they cannot be sent. We do not read your visitors’ personal
data, and we do not collect analytics about how you use the plugin.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic PBC — processes your request to produce the answer. Anthropic does not train its models on API traffic. Their privacy policy.
- Lemon Squeezy — merchant of record for payments; they hold your billing details, we never see your card. Their privacy policy.
- Hostinger International Limited — our server hosting (Vilnius, Lithuania).
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Requests are processed and not stored as documents: our server keeps what it needs to count credits — the site, the time, the cost of a step — and payment records for as long as tax law requires. Error reports, if you enabled them, are kept for 90 days. Conversations with the agent are stored in your own WordPress database, not on our servers, and are removed when you delete the plugin.
Where it is processed
Three places, and it is worth being precise about them:
- The server that runs the service is in Vilnius, Lithuania (EU), rented from Hostinger. That is where requests are handled and where credit accounting lives.
- The service is operated by one person in Spain, who administers that server remotely. Spain is inside the EEA, so nothing about running the service moves your data out of it — the GDPR applies to us directly, as it does to the server.
- Anthropic processes the request itself in the United States. This is the only step that leaves the EEA, and it relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses in Anthropic’s terms.
If you would rather none of this happened, do not connect the plugin: with no subscription and no token, nothing leaves your site.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for a copy, or object to processing. Write to vlas.zub@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
To stop all data leaving your site: turn off “Send reports” (already off unless you enabled it) and deactivate the plugin. Deleting the plugin also removes its settings and the stored conversations from your database.
Children
The service is for site owners and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will say so by email or in the plugin before the change takes effect.
