Terms of Service — LiveEdit AI Agent
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Who we are
LiveEdit AI Agent is built and run by Vlas Zubenko, an individual developer based in Spain (“we”, “us”). Contact: vlas.zub@gmail.com — write to that address for anything: support, billing, privacy requests, or a complaint.
Your purchase itself is not made from us directly. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: they are the seller for the transaction, their name appears on your card statement, and they handle invoicing, VAT and sales tax. These terms cover your use of the service; the purchase is also governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms.
2. What the service does
LiveEdit AI Agent is a WordPress plugin together with a hosted service. You describe a task in plain words; the service reads the parts of your site needed to answer, produces the work and applies it through the plugin. Work may include writing posts and products, editing theme templates and files, and creating fields in wp-admin.
The plugin alone does nothing. It is a client for our service, and the service in turn uses Anthropic’s Claude models. Without an account and available credits, the plugin will not perform work.
3. Accounts and connecting a site
A site connects itself: the plugin asks our server for a token, and our server verifies that the site is really the one requesting it by calling the site back. You are responsible for the WordPress accounts that have access to the plugin — anyone who can use the agent on your site can spend your credits and change your site.
4. Credits, plans and payment
Work is paid in credits. Each plan grants a number of credits per month; extra credits can be bought separately and do not expire at the end of the month. Plan credits are granted afresh each billing period.
New sites may receive a small allowance of credits to try the service. The allowance is one per domain, is granted at our discretion, and may be changed or withdrawn.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and invoices. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
5. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the plugin’s settings screen or from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period runs to its end and credits already granted stay usable until then.
Refunds. If the service is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, provided less than 20% of that period's credits have been spent. Credits pay for computing that is consumed as you use it — that is why a refund depends on how much is left rather than on the calendar alone. Write to vlas.zub@gmail.com and we will handle it; refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
6. What you must not do
- Use the service on sites you are not authorised to change.
- Resell or resupply the service as your own without a written agreement with us.
- Attempt to extract our prompts, bypass credit accounting, or overload the service.
- Use the service to produce unlawful content, or content that infringes someone’s rights.
7. Your content and your site
You keep every right you already had in your site, your text and your code. We claim no ownership of what the agent produces for you. You are responsible for reviewing the result before it goes public — including for accuracy, licensing of any images you supply, and compliance with the law where you operate.
8. Changes the agent makes
The plugin takes a backup before writing any file and can undo any change from its History screen. Before writing PHP it checks syntax and boots the site in a separate process, and restores the previous file if the site stops responding.
Even so, an automated agent editing a live site carries risk. Keep your own backups. We are not able to restore a site from our side — we do not hold copies of it.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and stop charging.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or damage to a site where you did not keep a backup.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if payment fails, or if your use threatens the service or other customers.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the plugin before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in still applies and nothing here takes it away — including your right to bring a claim before your local courts. Claims about the payment itself go to Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
