AZURE | Travel agency website with tour search

AZURE is a Lisbon travel design studio that has been assembling bespoke routes since 2014 — small groups of up to twelve, boutique hotels and one designer accompanying the client from the first message to the way home. They do not sell packages, which is exactly what made the site interesting: there is no catalogue to browse in the usual sense, so the page has to lead a person from a vague wish to a brief a human can answer.

That shaped the structure. The first screen is not a slider but a search: destination, dates, who is travelling and budget per person. Underneath, six destinations the team knows personally, then a tour catalogue with category filters — sea, mountains, culture, exotic — where each card carries a rating, the tags that actually distinguish it (small group, wine tour, water villa, tea ceremony), the price per person and the length. Anything can be saved to favourites, and the counter lives in the header, so a person choosing over several visits does not start from scratch.

Flights are integrated through Travelpayouts, so the route and the way of getting there stop being two separate conversations.

Everything is duplicated in Russian and English through a real toggle rather than an auto-translate plugin, and the whole thing is hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no framework, which keeps a page this image-heavy fast.
