No — that is a myth worth dropping. Both render HTML that Google indexes. Rankings come from structure, content and speed, and no framework guarantees any of those for you.
Yes. Either through a headless CMS with a proper admin panel, or through a separate WordPress marketing site running alongside the app. You should never need a deploy to fix a typo.
