A private practice website for a psychologist and gestalt therapist who works online and in person in Plzeň, seeing clients in three languages. The audience is unusual for a services site: someone reading it is often anxious, undecided, and choosing between several specialists at once.

That shaped every structural decision. Services are split the way a person experiences them rather than the way a professional classifies them — long-term psychotherapy, short-term counselling for a specific problem, and work with couples — each explained in plain language with what a session actually involves. A separate list of conditions and symptoms lets someone recognise their own situation without knowing any clinical terminology.

Trust is carried by evidence rather than adjectives: an education and certificate gallery, professional association accreditation, and a biography section. A FAQ answers what people are actually afraid to ask — confidentiality, qualifications, how often sessions happen, and what to do when the connection drops mid-session.

Built as a custom WordPress theme so the therapist manages the blog and content himself, with the full trilingual structure duplicated across English, Russian and Ukrainian. Contact is deliberately over-provided: phone, email, WhatsApp and Telegram, because a person deciding to ask for help should never have to choose an unfamiliar channel.
